I am a licensed psychologist providing services across the lifespan, although my training has provided me with a strong understanding of child and adolescent development, school-based difficulties, and learning differences. A large amount of my training was at the Duke Center of Autism & Brain Development at Duke University. I completed my Doctorate in School Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my pre-doctoral clinical internship at the Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities (CIDD). My Master’s degree was completed in Counseling & Guidance at New York University. I specialize in treating children and teens with neurodevelopmental disabilities, including ADHD and autism.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, flexible, and informed by evidence-based practices. I provide individual psychotherapy for children and adolescents to address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress-related difficulties, academic challenges, emotional difficulties, behavioral challenges, and relationship challenges. I am newly trained in EMDR and excited to incorporate this powerful technique into my practice.
Dr. Flowers is accredited through PsyPact and the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) to practice psychology in more than 30 states. Click here to see if you live in a state that participates in PsyPact.

I am a licensed clinical social worker associate providing individual therapy across the lifespan, with a particular passion for supporting children, adolescents, teens, and young adults. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2022 and began my career in school social work, where I developed a strong foundation in addressing school-based challenges and supporting students and families in educational settings.
I have a passion for working with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and autism. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that each client holds the capacity for growth and healing. I strive to build a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. In my clinical work, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. These include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, play-based interventions, and other evidence-informed methods designed to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth.
I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they build resilience, confidence, and meaningful tools for navigating life’s challenges.

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate, practicing in both NC and NJ as a Licensed Associate Counselor. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Military Resilience, followed by my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health, both from Liberty University. While in school, I specialized in spiritual integration and trauma therapy through the use of CBT, specifically PTSD and resilience for the military individual and family. I am a trained EMDR trauma-focused therapist looking forward to helping individuals heal from their traumas. In addition to EMDR, I am trained in Emotionally Healthy Spirituality as a communication and relationship-building skill.
My experience is based on working with diverse populations, including substance use, mental and behavioral health, and homelessness in young adults through adulthood. My approach is person-centered, trauma-focused, and culturally sensitive to best support those I am committed to helping. I am passionate about working with the civil service community as a military mom and family member of those who serve in police, fire, and EMS. I look forward to collaborating with those I meet and supporting them along their journey.

After 21 years serving as a youth pastor in the PC (USA), I am embracing a second career in mental health with deep gratitude and excitement. I recently received a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Catawba College. My years of walking alongside young people and families, and training in youth mental health, have shaped my passion for creating safe, supportive spaces where people can grow and heal.
I am especially committed to the mental health needs of adolescents and young adults, but I am also eager to spread my wings and journey with clients of all ages and life stages. My counseling approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that every person holds unique strengths that can guide their healing. I look forward to walking alongside clients as they navigate challenges, build resilience, and discover hope. My core belief is that no one should have to face life’s struggles alone, and I feel honored to be part of the journey toward wholeness and well-being.

Hi, I’m Millie SanMiguel. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University. I work with individuals across all stages of life, with a special heart for supporting women and children. I’m especially passionate about working with clients and helping them break through generational patterns and family traumas.
My approach to counseling is holistic, rooted in existential and person-centered theories, and always tailored to meet each client where they are. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where healing, self-discovery, and personal growth can happen.
Outside of counseling, I’m an avid reader who values lifelong learning and growth in all areas of life. I truly love what I do and feel honored to walk alongside others on their journey toward healing and wholeness.

Hi everyone! My name is Sehaj Singh, and I recently graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor's degree in psychology. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Counselor Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at East Carolina University.
I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. My goal is to help individuals navigate life's challenges while recognizing their strengths and building the skills needed to foster resilience, healing, and personal growth.
I am passionate about working with people of all ages and backgrounds who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I believe every client has a unique story, and I strive to meet each person with empathy, curiosity, and compassion as we work collaboratively toward their goals.
I look forward to supporting clients on their journey toward greater well-being and helping them create meaningful, lasting change!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and asking for help isn't always easy. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship challenges, past trauma, parenting stress, or just feeling stuck, my goal is to provide a space where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and also hold a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Behavior Management from Saint Joseph’s University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from a variety of backgrounds. Throughout my career, I've supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, autism, oppositional behaviors, family conflict, and involvement with the juvenile and adult justice systems.
I believe there isn't a “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy because every person brings a unique story, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll focus on your strengths, identify practical solutions, and build on what's already working so you can move toward the future you want. I utilize an eclectic approach, primarily drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Reality/Choice Theory, and structural family therapy to create an approach that fits your needs and helps you build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop lasting coping skills.
My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and equipped with tools you can use in everyday life. I strive to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care rooted in empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard. For clients who desire it, I'm also happy to thoughtfully incorporate Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process in a way that aligns with your beliefs, values, and goals. No matter where you are in your journey, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, hope, and lasting change. I’m so glad you’re here!

I recently moved from upstate New York, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at New Paltz. I am currently semi-retired and working part-time as an Administrator for Flowers Solution-Focused Therapy.
I have a lifelong passion for supporting women, children, and those in need. Prior to my time in New York, I served as a church Administrator and particularly enjoyed volunteering my time teaching art skills to a congregation primarily composed of elderly women.
At Flowers Solution-Focused Therapy, I oversee daily operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and office procedures. My responsibilities involve assisting patients with insurance verification and claims submission while ensuring full compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
I take pride in managing the business and organizational aspects of the practice so that our clinicians can focus entirely on patient care. I enjoy the variety of my role and thrive in a busy, collaborative environment where I can keep operations running smoothly. I look forward to supporting our patients and ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

All three fur-babies are great with children and adults. We have found that fur-baby energy can be incredibly comforting to some of our clients. If you think this sounds like you, and you'd like to request these animals to be a part of your sessions, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you have pet dander allergies or any concerns about being around cats or dogs, please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to discuss accommodations to ensure your comfort.

Toby is a 2-year-old Ragdoll cat. He is very social and loves to sit in the middle of it all, showing off how glamorous he is. He doesn't mind scritches but will boldly get up and walk away if he's not in the mood.

Foxy is a 2-year-old Maine Coon cat. She is the bobcat of the family. She both looks and acts like the exotic, stunning animal that she is. She can be a bit angsty and sometimes prefers to hide under the couch during therapy sessions. However, if she feels safe with you, she will gladly curl up next to you and go to sleep.

Bruiser is a 1-year-old Maltipoo. He is nicknamed "The Sheriff" because he has to know what's going on at all times! He is teeny, full of energy, and loves to play.

Clinicians at Flowers Solution-Focused Therapy combine multiple evidence-based treatment techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other behavioral/solution-focused approaches.
